Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WASync CRM platform, dashboard, or managed growth services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use & Messaging Policies
You agree to use WASync only for legitimate outreach. Sending unsolicited bulk spam or violating Meta's WhatsApp business policies will result in immediate suspension without refund.
3. Fees & Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard settings. No partial refunds are provided for active billing periods.
4. Limitation of Liability
WASync provides services "as is". We are not liable for external service outages, Meta channel blocks, API updates, or loss of business opportunity resulting from network downtime.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days' notice for subscription plans.
