WASync processes lead information forwarded from various integrations configured by you (including Facebook Ads, IndiaMart, and custom webhook sources). This information typically contains name, phone number, email, and inquiry messages.
2. Use of Data
Data ingested is solely used to populate your workspace pipeline and execute automation drips according to parameters you configure. WASync does not rent, sell, or distribute this data to third parties.
3. Customer Database & Message Isolation
We enforce strict workspace isolation at the server level. All API requests and message logs are protected with cryptographic keys and access controls. Database access requires secure credentials and uses parameterized structures to prevent SQL injection.
4. Third-Party Integrations
WASync interfaces with external APIs (like Meta for WhatsApp Cloud API). Users are responsible for complying with the respective terms of service of those third-party providers.
